Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a hazy, amber-copper coloring with a thin, frothy, light tan head. Nose of rich caramel and toffee sweetness with a roasty overtone. Flavors of tart apple, with a tangy caramel backbone. Some banana mixing about in there, as well. Aftertaste of fruit sweetness, with some tartness as well, and a touch of roast. Smooth, slick finish.
