A: Hazy pale yellow straw color. HUGE fluffy pure white head. Solid retention and lacing.
S: Lemon, coriander, cloves and pepper. A touch of candi sugar and wheat-like bread qualities. Some banana
T: It really doesn't taste much, at all. Light lemon like flavors but subtle banana, coriander and cloves, but that's much it. Very light tasting.
M: Very light and fizzy.
O: Well this is quite ordinary. Not sure at all about the american blonde ale, because it feels to me more like a witbier.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with notes of lightly spice yeast is quite interesting. Taste is also a mix between some wheat malt with light banana ester and a good spicy yeast profile with light herb notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I quite like that one even though I am not sure what I am drinking.

12oz Bottle
Appearance – Hazy yellow colour with a large size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is a good amount of lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes before it was gone. There are also some small particles floating around the beer.
Smell - Lemons, coriander/cloves, wheat
Taste & Mouth - The beer has an high amount of carbonation. I can taste wheat mixed with lemons and a hint of banana. There is also a honey sweetness and some spices (cloves/coriander). I could also pick up on a bit of a medicine like taste. The beer finishes with a wheat/spice slightly bitter aftertaste.
Overall – Not undrinkable.. but definitely nothing is a must try. Perhaps they will be able to improve on this beer through the feedback system they've set up.

Poured from a 341ml. bottle.
Appearance: 4-5 fingers worth of foam that sticks around a bit. The body looks pale yellow but with a certain haze.
Smell: Citrus mostly, zesty but with a hint of adjuncts maybe.
Taste: Kind of oddball. Lemon upfront with a hint of spices, pepper? But then, it also tastes like a macro.
Mouthfeel: Crisp with good carbonation but the body just doesn't lift the beer up really.
Overall: This is supposedly an experiment of some sort but i'm not sure what he's aiming for. I could swear it tastes like a very mild saison and a macro at the same time. Not sure what that means but it's average at best.
