32 ounce growler pour from new beer.
A: brown, faint head, murky
S: fruit, booze, rich,
T: wheat, fruits, booze. smooth, complex, alcohol is well hidden this being my first Eisebock makes me want to seek more out
M: thick, coats the mouth
D: reviewing after the fact I can say Wow hangover from hell, 32 ounces down in just over an hour and half. I was sick as a dog all day.

Had on tap at Blind Tiger's "Christmas in July" event and served in a 14oz. tulip glass.
A: Brown with a little hint of gold. No head to be found (note that the beer is very cold though).
S: Sweet pectins and honey.
T: The best feature of this beer. I'm not used to drinking Eisbocks but man is this tasty. Rich caramel, berries, and lots of wheat. Booze is definitely present.
M: Carbonation is found in the feel of this beer. Slick and oily which makes this easier to go down.
D: Maybe I'm a bit of a boozehound, but I drank this one way too quickly.
Overall, a good representation of the style and a treat to have all the way from Warren, MI.

Served in a tulip from the tap at the Kuhnhenn pub.
Pours a deep dark brownish red, very clean looking and shimmered nicely when held to the light. A thin beige head accompanied and stayed for the whole glass.
Tastes was gorgeous, especially for the ABV of this one, very silky and smooth, I'd almost say sexy even. Taste was very complex, notes of honey, some wine characteristics were easily apparent as well, a bit of apple, citrus, and some subtle herbal qualities all added to the taste, very nice. It seemed to me the taste changed from sip to sip as the individual characteristics were recognized.
Overall this is a VERY well done brew. Gorgeous.
Slàinte!
