Appearance: Excellent black appearance. Very oily, but in a good way. Great head of foam with incredible lacing.
Smell: Dry roasted grain. Nice hints of coffee and chocolate. Great subtly.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Basically tastes the same as the American version. A bit stronger though, but I still rate it the same.
Mouthfeel: Excellent combination of creamy velvetiness and a biting carbonation. Nothing like the American version.
Drinkability: I reviewed this again because this Guinness is actually from St. James Gate. I had it at Irish Embassy in Durango, CO.
Overall: What Guinness should be.
