Notes:
Black Bear Stout is our take on a classic stout. It is pitch black and has a full, roasty and chocolatey flavor. This beer is of average strength and is endlessly drinkable. This beer pairs great with chili or a burger at your local pub!

Pours a very black stout with thin head, mediocre retention. Dark roast malt in the nose, licorice, hint of burnt malt. Taste follows with dark roast, bit of chocolate, with hint of licorice. Smooth mouth feel and decently dry and bitter, could do with a bit more though. Overall a fine stout
Not sure if this is the correct beer. Was labeled as the "BLACK BEAR XX STOUT" 7%

Info:
Black Bear Stout is a seasonal offering brewed during the winter months. This is our take on a classic stout and has a very full and roasty flavor. It is black in color and has a slight bitterness balanced with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Black Bear Stout has a warming malty sweetness for the cold nights due to its above average alcohol (6.3%). This beer pairs great with your favorite winter stew, chilli or with a burger at your local pub!

Review
This beer is black with a thick head formation. The head dissipates but a lace remains.
The smell is sweet to start a nice chocolate malt makes way for a roasted finish.
The taste is smooth and a slight chocolate malt begins, it stays smooth in the middle and has a roasted finish.
This is a highly drinkable stout almost too drinkable but for the cost and flavor not bad.
