On tap at the Dragonmead Brew Pub.
Poured a deeper brown color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of some wheat, chocolate, and not too much more. Tastes of the same chocolate, wheat, with some cloves. I really didn't get any banana or fruitiness that I would have expected.

On tap at Dragonmead on 4/25/08
Poured a deep brownish black with chestnut edges, thin creamy tan head left some retention and some lacing. Smells of banana, clove, wheat, molasses, and citrus. Tastes of sweet caramel, bananas, bread, cinnamon, clove, and maple syrup with a slight alcohol warmth. Medium in body and low in carbonation, sweet and fruity with a tinge of alcohol in the back. I got this beer mainly because of the name, as my fiancee is named Nicole, and would have normally skipped this style when confronted with the other variety that Dragonmead offers, but it turned out to be very enjoyable.

Enjoyed at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark toffee colour with a light brown head. Fine bubbles formed sticky lacing on the glass. Crackery malt aroma with some banana, bread, toffee, and yeast. The same characters were present in the flavour, along with mild spice and low bitterness. Medium/full bodied with low carbonation and a pleasant texture. A nice drinking beer overall.
