We were visiting a friend that worked in Times Square and ended up here for lunch. Pleasant surprise to see such a great bottle list. Only 4 taps, but the number of quality bottles outweighs that, even if they are a bit pricey. Apparently, Green Flash was new to the menu, and it sure was nice to see among all the other great choices New York has.
Naturally we had burgers, and they were all quite good, including the turkey burger and beet veggie burger.
There are definitely better places to grab a beer in NYC, and this is really more of a restaurant than a bar, but if you're looking for a quick beer and food before a show, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Hells kitchen, western theatre district, on the corner, with huge windows, NYC location. This a popular, crowded upscale burger joint, with an extensive bottle list, but just 4 taps. Not a bad place to get some food, and have access to ample BA bottle selections. Dont expect any rarities, but they do carry plenty of worthy choices in bottles. We are spoiled in the NYC area, Stone, Omme, Bklyn, DFH, Avery, Captain Lawrence and the like are common place, you will be able to find these and multiple others at FNB. Good place to go with a group of crap beer drinkers and turn them on to the good stuff. Just watch out for the crowds that frequent this place

This is a spinoff from a restaurant in our neighborhood, Nice Matin, which has a "five napkin burger" on the menu. The new restaurant of the same name is amazing. A decidedly american style restaurant, as opposed to the french Nice Matin, the food is outstanding. Numerous burgers, great appetizers, and a number of other great offerings.
The look of the place is casual with some stylized appointments. Off of the theater district, which is also an up and coming residential neighborhood (hell's kitchen).
The beer selection is amazing and, again, very american to NM's french. Four drafts and close to 40 bottles, including a good selection of obscure and powerful bombers. Definitely check this place out!
