Cask at Drop Off Service, New York, NY
A: The beer is slightly hazy reddish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin frothy off white head that died down, leaving a bit on lacing on the surface and a ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: There are light aromas of butter, tea and caramel in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of butter, dark caramel and team. There is a slight amount of bitterness, which lingers through the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth on the palate with a low amount of carbonation.
O: The beer is quite drinkable and very flavorful for the style.

On draft at The Cortland, Bayshore, NY.
Poured a soft amber hue with a one finger foamy white head. Therevwas good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a vibrant herbal hop atop a soft round buttery malt.
The flavor was likewise comprised of sharp hops and soft silky malts. Warm bread, tea leaves and a subtle smoke were all detected.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a light carbonation.
Overall an excellent ESB. Well done.

Served on cask at Drop Off Service in New York, NY
A: Pours a clear dark amber in color with a half finger tall light beige head. The head reduces by about 50% but leaves a moderately thick layer over the entire surface of the beer. Moderate lacing is observed.
S: The aroma is fairly light with the primary component being the caramel malts. There are also some light hints of bitterness.
T: Dark caramel malts with some hints of tea and butter. Light notes of bitterness in the finish.
M: Medium bodied with light amounts of carbonation.
O: Very enjoyable and a great example of an under appreciated style (at least by me). Definitely sessionable and one I would order again if I came across it.
