Bright saturated copper color, two fingers of foam rise up and form a sturdy head of foam. Delicate lacing forms on the sides, creating spindly webs that dip back into the beer. Bright clarity, sharp and clear. Good retention, as the foam never breaks.
Slightly floral and spicy aroma, with a soapy rose petal potpourri impression that's oddly appealing.
Clean malty flavor, lightly spicy with a bit of malt complexity that lingers. Nutty, floral combination that's okay but doesn't hold interest for too long. Very light floral bitterness, husky toasted grains. Light to medium bodied, fairly effervescent. Dry aftertaste with lingering nutty malt flavors. Overall pleasant and easy to drink, a true session beer as described by the brewery.

Local brewery I haven't had tried much, but figure it's high time to get to.
Reddish-orange with a fluffy tan head that never fully dissipates and leaves some fine and streaky horizontal lines of lace behind. A nice aroma of sweet malts and apples exists just before a bit of spice reveals itself. Tastes quite sweet with some slightly tangy and soured fruity notes. Some resiny and earthy hops in the ending. Light mouth-feel, and goes down easy with a little bit of a dirty aftertaste. I can see getting to this one again.

"euro dark lager"?... Pours a copper, very transparent, with and even 2 finger head. Retention an lace are minimal.
The nose is toasty for the most part. Caramel and a bit of skunkyness was about it.
The flavor did had euro lager skunk to it, not a bad thing. Otherwise, pretty cut and dry; caramel, some tart fruity character, and a dry grassy finish. As it warms it grows on me a little bit. More spice and even a vanilla finish surface.
Carbonation is taken to the extreme IMO, too much to be smooth. It's slick down to the dry finish. Not bad, not breathtaking.

Amber colored with white 2 finger head, that left decent lacing throughout.
Aroma caramel malts with slight metallic tinge.
Taste is more of the same, slightly sweet, caramel malts, with a bigger bitterness from the hops then expected, with that slight tinge of metallic added in there as well.
Mouthfeel is on the thinner side of medium, but its acceptable.
Overall this is an okay beer, not really much to write about it and is pretty run of the mill, but I would drink this any day over a bud, and thats probably the crowd they are aiming at with this one anyway.

A - Poured an amber color with a whited head that fades quickly to a ring
S - Is of metallic scents and some hops
T - Follows the nose has a metallic taste with a mildly hoppy finish
M - This beer has a medium body with higher carbonation to it
D - This is a rather ho hum beer thats all around average nothing really bad but nothing great not a beer that I'd really seek out again

Hmmm....
Well not a bad beer, but not super interesting either.
Very little aroma. The flavor is toasty with a fair bit of bitter hops. Dry. More malt would have improved it. A little bit out of balance to me.
Mouthfeel is too carbonated. It need a little more smoothness to work.
Overall, a fair beer. Reasonably sessionable.

12oz twist-off bottle poured into a pint glass.
Deep gold bordering on light auburn in color with an inch of foam that settles down into a thin lace on top of the beer.
Toasted malt and a dash of spicy, almost minty, hops. Overall its rather meek.
Taste is bready and lightly sweet crystal malts with spicy, herbal, and steely hops. Bitterness begins to hang out on the back of the palate after a few sips.
I would probably drink this again if it was given to me or available as a cheap special. It's fairly well crafted it just doesn't offer anything overly exciting.
I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in the two beers this brewery has come out of the gates with. A blonde ale and non-descript, barely-amber lager just don't do it for me. I'm seeing a pattern of unoffensive beers to draw in the Coors/Keystone drinking Oklahoma "lake-crowd" (see Mustang Brewing koozies for further evidence). Looking into my crystal ball I see a wit or watered down wheat beer in this brewery's near future.

Actually brewed by Stevens Point in WI ATT, the site says its a European Style Lager, hence my choice of style (uses Tettanger & Northern Brewer hops)
Pours bronze/amber with 2 fingers of sand colored head. Some head retention & average lacing
S: Slight fruittyness, plus leafy & metallic hops
T: Fruitty with herbal hops up front. More fruittyness as this warms, slight toffee sweetness. Finishes with some dryness, herbal hops & a touch of McIntosh apples, almost gave it a 3.5
MF: Light/medium body with lively carbonation, balances okay
Drinks alright, but I could do about 2 bottles before getting bored with this. I hope this isn't going to be the focus of their efforts, very pedestrian
