Cold from the tap @ the Tap to a 12oz snifter a semi translucent deep copper with a full finger, foamy, tan head leaving a sheet of lace to the rim.
Aroma - spicy, pepper, muted citrus hops.
Spicy upon the first sip, hot, medium bodied, smooth, yet bitter to the entire palate, citrus behind the pepper as more sips go down.
Good beer, though I don't see 2 or 3 glasses happening.

On tap at Twenty Tap
Pours clear red with a white head that fades into a wisp.
Smells like a good IPA with a little bit of extra spiciness coming from the rye. The citrusy hops are on full display here.
Same as the nose, big citrus hop flavor along with some biscuit and caramel malts to balance it out. Finishes semi-dry with a rye kick.
I had no idea this was an imperial beer until coming here to review it. It absolutely does not taste like it's 8.7%. Mouthfeel is on the light to medium side with enough carbonation to make it refreshing.
Overall a nice surprisingly robust beer and one of the better hoppy beers I've had lately.

An IMPERIAL rye. Yes'ir. Here's the description:
Bitch'n Camaro is an Imperial Rye I.P.A. It was brewed with a hefty amount of flaked rye to lend a spicy kick to the malt flavor. Heavy does of American citrus hops (Centennial, Amarillo, Zythos and Warrior) were used to balance the malt and give Bitch'n Camaro a big hop finish. The beer is a tribute to 80's Punk Rock Band, The Dead Milkmen and one of America's finest sports cars.
Goodness. Gotta try something like that.
Growler pour is a little limp but pretty, sparkly orange with a wispy white head. Smells--and tastes--like a pretty standard rye. The malt is lightly sweet and biscuity, the rye is a little tangy, and the hops are very big and dripping with green, citrusy alpha acid.
The real neat thing, here, is the elevated ABV, because you absolutely cannot smell or taste it. This is just like a good RyePA. Only it's gleefully destructive.
