Not a terrible place if you're stuck in Terminal C of Logan Airport with no better options. The ambiance is not great, because, well, it's in an airport. The food is surprisingly good here though. My fiancee and I shared the steak tips meal and downed a few brewskaroonis. The beer quality is slightly above average, which is better than I expected. Their oatmeal stout, Back Bay IPA, and Boston Bruin were decent beers. They have a pretty nice sampler of 4 beers at about $1.75 for each beer (4 ounces or so). There are worse deals to be had at the airport. Service is average. The woman serving us knew some things about beer, but didn't quite have the seasonal menu nailed down. I'd definitely go back if I were in that terminal again.

Since Jet Blue is my airline of choice, I usually end up here catching a buzz before my flights. :0)
Depending on the time of time of day, can be pleasantly empty or a mad house. Service is usually OK - these servers don't really know much about the beers, but are quick enough getting the beers to me.
Selection is a bit down from the other BW locations - after all, they aren't brewing here at the airport. Usually have the flagship brands - Pale, Red, Light, Stout, etc...but again, I'll accept it for an airport.
I've eaten here a few times and the food is OK - maybe a notch behind the other locations.
Worth a visit to kill some time before your flight and catch something on TV.

I've been to this Beer Works location at Logan at least three to four times in the past year. I usually make an effort to get a mini buzz on before flying out and this works well because this is located in the same terminal as Jet Blue.
As you can expect and imagine, this place can get very busy with a discombobulated bunch of transient people. Service has always been 'good enough' and I've visited here early in the morning and in the evening. I think they shut down kinda early though. Prices are on the high side, but again this is Boston and it's an airport.
Anyhoo, they obviously have the Beer Works staple beers on tap. During my recent visit last week the selection included Fenway American Pale Ale, Victory Red, Boston Common, Beantown Nut Brown Ale, Buckeye Oatmeal Stout, Hub Light and Landsdowne Light. These were billed as the "August Beers" on the menu.
Food is usually pretty average, I've had an omelette, chicken caesar salad and quesadillas. I usually stick with the Oatmeal Stout unless they have an IPA on tap.
A viable option if you find yourself Terminal C at Logan Airport. It's always nice to have the option of a craft beer and pub food.

Granted I expected the food and drink to be overpriced being that we were in an airport...
The service here was terrible...It took me about ten minutes to get my beer after I had ordered it...I only received it after a second bartender asked me what I was drinking...It seemed as though the two bartenders need to improve their multitasking skills because they acted as if the bar so busy when in wasn't even close to being full...
I ordered a Bosotn Common and Muddy Water Porter for beer and Clam Chowder and salad for food...salad was delivered after I finished after soup and I wasn't impressed with either...The beer was just okay but the lack of good service put a bad taste in my mouth from the time I entered the bar...
I was really hoping for a good experience here before I left the state but that did not happen...Highly disappointing...they should not bill themselves as a Beer Works because it did not seem any different from any other sirport bar I have been in

While stranded in Logan for hours last Friday, we stopped in here to watch the Sox and grab dinner. The place looks like an airport bar, but with that BBW flair of lots of hammered stainless steel. Mostly a bar around the tvs, and a few tables. Service was quick and efficient, the ladies got the beers and the food out quickly to all the stranded Sox fans that packed the bar. As for selection, it was most of BBW usual beers on tap, seven choices that night. Beers were a bit pricey at $6.75 a pint, but it's better beer that anything else in that terminal. Prices for food were reasonable, $10 sandwiches etc. My chicken sandwich was good and my wife's quesadilla was average. If you are stuck or have a layover at Logan, this is a pretty decent option if you want some quality local brews and food.
