The Whole Foods Market on Oracle is a decent place to go for craft beers. Most of their beer is kept in the cooler, which is a plus. Plenty of West Coast crafts available, like Stone, Deschutes, New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas, plus goodies like Dogfish Head, Ommegang, and more. They also carry some local Nimbus products, and of course many of the organic beers and gluten-free offerings that are on the market.
I think the beer selection here has improved slightly in the last year or so. You can find a few good seasonals like Stone RIS, Old Guardian, Red Chair IPA, and more. There are good Belgians too, like Orval, Westmalle, Chimay, etc. They even have about 40 or so bottles that can be purchased as singles, so as to make a mixed 6-pack.
This place may not compare with a big liquor store obviously, but it's definitely a solid choice with better selection than your average grocer. I recommend it if you are in this area...

Ok, so I said the pricing is reasonable. That is only on the beers. Everything else in this store is crazy priced. For some reason though they have awesome prices on their beers and a really great selection. A good selection of Dogfish Head (hard to find in Tucson), they have growlers from local breweries that you can't normally buy bottled beer from, and a great selection of other Arizona brews. There is a lot of stuff here too that I haven't seen anywhere else in town like Uinta's Birthday Suit, DFH Positive Contact and many others. I was pretty excited to see their offerings. On top of all this, as of August 1, 2012, they are now offering growler fills. Their tap selections are decent and they have a good selection of local brews (as of this review they had Four Peaks Peach Ale, Dragoon IPA and SanTan Count Hopula blood red IPA).
