Founded in 1974, this is a small piece of Bohemia in Stockholm.
10 Czech lagers on tap, among them Pilsner Urquell, Bohemia Regent, Bernard dark and Primator semi-dark. At times, they offer unpasteurized and unfiltered beers. No bottles.
The service is correct; however the place is usually very crowded (if you want to be sure to be served at all you'll better get in the queue before they open at 5 pm) and thus it can get a bit slow. The beers are always served in a proper style with a large head.
There is a dining room behind the bar; the food is classic Bohemian/German/Czech. Note that it is not possible to reserve a table in advance.
The worn wooden furnishing and the Czech memorabilia gives a relaxed friendly and cosy atmosphere.
The clientele is a mix of young hipsters and older regulars.
The beers are relatively cheap for Stockholm: The 500 ml glasses are all 56-58 SEK.

My local beer loving friends took me to this place last night because of one thing: they have unpasteurized Pilsner Urquell. It is Fabulous! Service was spotty. One of my friends got upset when the bartender looked at him and then proceeded to ignore him for somebody else that just walked in. My friends said it's easy to get in a tight spot with drunks here and it does have that vibe. But, damn, that PU they have is something else. Wow! They serve it in a glass tankard and with good head on it at the right temperature. They had some other Czech beers, mostly what I've seen elsewhere. I was there primarily for the PU and not disappointed in the least.
