I tried this beer on draught on March 2, 2012 at "The 3 Brewers" in Toronto, Ontario. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a thin snow white head that lasted a while. The aroma was grassy malts, cereal, yeast and some floral hops. Mouthfeel was medium bodiued with medium carbonation. The Les 3 Brasseurs yeast is very distinctive and was very noticeable in the flavour. Smells and tastes like a belgian strain. Aside from the yeast, the flavour is dominated by the malt.

The lightest of the beers I tried here - this one is a lightly hazed blond Belgian with spotty head. Spicy aroma up front with a grassy hop and hint of toffee. Slightly soapy flavour, light grain and lemon to go with a light, soft body and medium carbonation. Good as a drinkable, refreshing brew.

Being tired of the mall food court, I figured a nooner pint and some flamm at the nearby brewpub would hit the spot...
This beer pours a clear medium golden yellow colour, with one finger of soapy white head, which leaves spotted lace as it falls away. It smells of sweet white grain, a bit of yeast, and some soft wheat. The taste is more sweet white grain, very little on the wheaty side of things, and mild grassy, slightly astringent, hops. The carbonation is mild, the medium-weight body somewhat cloying, and it finishes increasingly dry, weedy, and a
little skunky.
Kind of weird pint to look at - very yellow, and the hops lean too far away from fresh grass, towards stinkweed, to warrant the desire for another.

Appearance- light golden yellow with a slight whit foam lacing, very light to no carbonation
Smell- sweet malt dominated in the nose, an overall very positive smell, with slight belgian spice and yeast,
Taste- very nice flavor, would immediately come to mind as being a nice belgian blonde for sessioning, mostly malt dominated but with a nice kick of bitterness and spice to keep it in check, nice balance
Mouthfeel- a little lighter bodied then you would expect for many of this style would maybe be its one downside, but not bad
Drinkability- An overall very nice belgian golden style ale, would make a great session beer for a long nite at the pub, overall its well balanced and leaves you wanting another sip

A blond with some white head, lots of lace dots follow. A beery, apple smell with some W30 oil, becomes funky as it warms. Aggressive carbonation that eases off as it warms. Edgy taste, a bit funky, like an average French or belgian beer, drinkable, 2nd best out of their 4 mainstays.About average mouthfeel. Very fresh.
