From Tap into a Tulip

A- Deep mahogany body, 1/2" off white head

S- Bubble gum, plum, raisin, various dark fruits, alcohol

T- Bubble gum, plum, raisin, grapes, red licorice, tartness, belgian yeast, alcohol twang

M- Medium body, crisp carbonation

O- It has been a while since i have had a belgian style brew that i like. This brew has broke that streak, the plums, raisins, and grapes are amazing, and the alcohol melds nicely. Usually belgian yeast over powers my palate, this time it it only enhances the aroma and flavors. This brew has set me on a path to try as many dark belgians as possible, to see how it stands up to the rest.
