A - Pours a dark golden in color with a light frothy eggshell head that dissipates quickly.
S - Pear and red apple greet the nose along with the backend of white grape and funk.
T - Sour for a saison... tart pear and green apple along with dry chardonnay. There's a light yeast to it and mild oak on the backend all as well.
M - Light, crisp, fresh and dry.
O - A saison that is more geared towards the funk & sour than anything else. But, I liked it!

Poured from the bottle a hazy rusty-orange color with a very, very thin and quickly-fading off-white head. No lacing at all with this one.
Aroma of pear and green apple, white wine and a touch of funk.
The taste was thin and wet with sour notes of pear and green apple. The malt profile was very light. The finish delivers a bit of boozy warmth.
Lighter bodied and dry with a weaker carbonation.
A bit on the thin and wet side. Overall, a pretty average Saison from Kirkwood Station.

Pours a cloudy, amber color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of slight citrus (pear?), strong wine/sour notes, yeast, hint of hops, and a hint of pale malt. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong citrus (cherries and pears?), sweet malt, slight pale malt, and a hint of hops. This is a saison with brett. aged in wine barrels. Overall, decent aroma and blend, but weak in appearance and body.
