A:
Pours a hazy dandelion yellow with a pristine white head that pours about an inch thick before settling down to a thin covering. Good retention; superb lacing.
S:
Hay, Lemon, and summer days. Towards the end it gets a bit spicier with some pepper and yeast odors.
T:
Rich, big flavor. Touches of citrus and earthy grass tones. Kind of tastes like a "unit" to me. The wheat mellows it so nice that it becomes well-balanced enough to make individual flavors less obvious. Good hoppy hook at the end pulls you out of these delusions.
M:
Good carbonation, round and the tiniest bit sticky. Nice mouth-coating flavor that lasts (got to be too much at the end of the bottle). Both lighter-tasting and heavier feeling than I expected.
O:
Good Tripel. Definitely different than other Tripels, but worth trying. It had a superb head and was good tasting to me on the whole. Towards the end it got a little too sticky for my taste (but honestly that is something I don't like about most tripels). Would drink again.

look: 4.25 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.5
Appearance: golden yellow with fizzy white head, slightly hazy
Aroma: banana and clove, floral and spicy hops, soft pale male aroma
Taste: malt heaviness with palate coating flavor, banana and clove yeast flavors on finish, slight spicy hop bitterness of finish as well, non-detectable high alcoholic flavor
Mouthfeel: High carbonation, leaves mouth tingling after gulp, full body, soft malt character with heavy malt mouthfeel
Overall impression: A good example of a finely crafted Belgian Tripel, exhibiting notes of clove and banana with soft pale malt character and heavy malt mouthfeel. Crisp, cleansing carbonation revives palate for next gulp.
