Cloudy, light golden color w/ a light head that breaks down relatively quickly.
Smell is fruity, sweet, malty.
Taste continues from the nose with fruit, spice (nutmeg & allspice?), malt, warming in a nicely complex brew.
Mouthfeel is effervescent on the front of the tongue, smooth, medium-bodied. A good drinkable beer, very smooth, flavorful with a nice citrusy/spice taste that hangs out comfortably all over afterwards.

750 ml bottle was poured into a wine glass.
Appearance: This beet poured a huge puffy white head that reduced to a thin layer. It is a golden straw yellow with some haziness, but plenty of tiny little bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Vanilla, apples, pears, a little booze, Belgian candy, bready malts. Smells good.
Taste: apples, pears, vanilla, mild hop bitterness, bready malts, Belgian candy
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium to high carbonation, highs little dry, medium carbonation, and a nice sipper.
Overall: A standard tripel that everybody should enjoy at one point in a person's life. Enjoyed in the past and will be enjoying more in the future too.

Pours from bottle into a chalice glass
Appearance – Upon pouring, the brew was a golden yellow color with a one finger pure white head and lots of carbonation seen streaming through the brew. The head fades relatively quickly, leaving a lighter level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma was of a grainy and lightly biscuit nature with some hints of yeast and orange peel. There are aromas of some candied sugar as well a little bit of spice and an herbal/haylike smell mixed within.
Taste- The taste begins with a nice Belgian malt flavor and flavors of biscuit. Even though it is moderately dry upfront there are some hints of some orange sweetness with other sweeter candied sugar tastes. The orange dwindles more toward the middle as a lemon citrus taste takes it place. Yeast flavors come to the tongue at this time and bring with them some floral hop as well as some spice of clove and coriander. These flavors take the taste to its end, where the candied sugar then largely leaves the taste, with a bit of a herbal taste taking its place, to leave a clean and crisp malty and dry fruit flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is high with tons of tiny champagne like bubbles. The thinner body and higher carbonation are fantastic for the drier and fruity flavors of the brew and make for a truly fanatic feel and great drinkability.
Overall – Quite easy drinking and enjoyable. This is a very nice triple and renowned for a good reason.
