Wonderful World of Wines is definitely more then a wine store.
They have a wondeful selection of beers as well. I try to get to this place once or twice a month to stock up.
They have a decent mix a six section for $11.99. They main reason I drive 45 minutes is because they have a great import section at some of the best prices around.
The customer service is second to none and makes it an even better experience.
I always leave Wonderful World of Wine with a big smile. If you're near the New Hope area I suggest paying them a visit. You'll be smiling too.

Every time I head home for the holidays this is always the first place that I stop. Because I'm originally from PA, it's nice to head to a beer store that doesn't have to sell you a case at a time.

The selection is fantastic. They have offerings from Founders, Firestone Walker, Captain Lawrence, Mikkeller, 3Fon, Fantome, etc. Regardless of what season you visit, you are bound to find something that you want. This place also allows you to craft-a-pack. So if you only want to try a beer, you can do so without having to purchase a whole six/four pack.

So here is the basic rundown...

If you are from out of state, and are looking for a great place to pick up a few beers... this is your place. Cheers!

Found out about this place through a friend who lives nearby. Great selection of beer from crafts, micros, and Europeans. Create your own six for a set price, not too shabby. Want to pack more than 12 ounce crafts into your 6? Large selection of bombers and other various beers. Best selection of reserve beers Ive seen. Full Mikkeller line and huge Belgian selection including reserves, lambics, Christmas Specials. If you want, you can request beer from any of the associates there. They are all friendly and helpful. Great spot.

A full service liqour store with an impressive beer selection that they are in the procees of highlighting. The staff is freindly and helpful. They have coolers filled with a standard selection of micros and imports. The real find is in the selection of singles and bombers from all over,especially Belgium, many of which aren't available elsewhere. Prices are among the best in the area. Definately worth checking out. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ., ,. ,. ,. ., . . . . . . .. . . . . ., . . . . . . . .. . . .. . .

Another valuable store found here on BA.

The name might say "wines", but they have almost as many beers as they have wine and liquor.

There is one big cooler, one shelf nearby with local/regional brews, another shelf with a display of many Founders brews, yet another shelf in the narrow hallway between the main store and the backroom and a vast section of quality imports on the back.

Wow! This is truly a beer emporium.

Among the many brands I spotted here were Jersey Beer Co., Flying Fish, Victory, Weyerbacher, Yards Brewing, Founders, New Holland, Rock Art... many of these cannot be found in New York City, where I live, even though we're only 70 miles from the Lambertville area.

The Imports section is outstanding. I saw some Nogne beers I had never even heard of (Red Horizon), and tons of Mikkeller and singles and bombers from all over, particularly Belgium.

Some American rarities too, such as Old Coast Cellar Reserve 2009. They even have a whole section for Christmas beer, many of them vintage!

I left with a bombers of Rock Art Vermonster, priced gently at $5.99. Prices were indeed reasonable, I would say. They look like they're a bit on the high side, but really, for the hard-to-find beers I saw and bought, pricing is alright.

Service was very good at first, I was asked twice if I needed anything and offered help. Then it felt as if they had lost interest and, by checkout time, they were busy talking to each other and tending to a whiny little bitch who complained about cleaning dust in the shelves and wanted to get out soon. Weird!

But really, this is a great place you ought to visit whenever you're in the Lambertville/New Hope area. I want to go back already!

AWESOME Store. The owner Jeff is a great guy. I had dialogue with non traditional requests with him, and he referred me to Phillip, the beer King. Phillip is incredible. He really knows his trade well. Between the 2, they go above and beyond on the customer service and have earned a customer for life. I really look forward to seeing them again.

Thank goodness for local owned businesses who have a passion for the crafts they represent! I really look forward to continuing the relationship.

Thank you Jeff and Phillip.

Great selection, including regional favorites, including good lineups of Victory, Troegs, Weyerbacher and nearby Riverhorse, and some farther afield that are harder to find, like ST. Somewhere from Florida, Mikkeller, Nogne O, and others. A good lineup of bombers and a decent selection of sixpacks. They also allow mix-and-matching from the sixpacks and have some standalone singles. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. And there is a good selection of wine and liquor as well. It isn't cheap, but it is well stocked and well worth a trip.

probably the best beer selection i've seen around these parts, bar none. they currently have over 450 bottles to choose from, and you if you want it and they don't have it, they'll get it for you. they've got all the bases covered as far as local and regional craft brews are concerned, and a great selection of belgian beers. could use a better selection of german beers, but honestly, it's hard to complain about what they've got to offer. prices are quite reasonable and it's not hard to walk out of this place with a few bombers of some of the best beer on the planet, cuz they certainly have it, or will find it for you. sorta off the beaten track, but well worth finding.

I just went back to Wonderful World of Wines and I was blown away by how much their beer selection has expanded. Lot's of local breweries(Riverhorse, Flying Fish, Troegs, Weyerbacher) plus a large selection of microbrews from across the US and world(Jolly Pumpkin, Nøgne Ø - Det Kompromissløse Bryggeri A/S, Rouge, Bear Republic, etc.) They will also take requests for certain beers and make every effort to get them. They are starting a beer of the month club as well. Prices are reasonable for the area.

From the heart of Lambertville just a stones throw from New Hope is this hidden treasure. Even though the name is Wonderful World Of Wine the beer selection is well worth a visit. Of course they have the locals such as Victory, River Horse, Yards, and DFH they also carry beers from the midwest and west coast. The belgian section is getting bigger by the day with all types showing almost everyday. If you are looking for something they don't have just ask and if they can get it they will. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

They also have a huge wine selection as well as liquor and a nice tequila selection. They are a few blocks from River Horse Brewing and a short walk across the bridge to New Hope where you can find Triumph Brewing Co.
