Pours a silky one finger off white head over a deep copper-amber body. Head drops fairly quickly to a ring that leaves moderate lace. Aromas of green apple man-handle the nose, but a bit of straw and caramel malt also get through. The flavor is, well, wow! There are waves upon waves of complexity that my feeble words can only seek to approximate. Caramel leads the charge and remains present throughout. In the middle we find a light peppery spiciness combining with a mixture of oak, biscuits and Belgian yeast. Berry flavors pick up the finish and linger afterward. A marshmallow sweetness is lingers throughout, some might consider it a tad slick, but there is enough of a background hop bitterness that restrains the sugars to precisely the right amount; a Moderate fine natural carbonation helps in the effort too. Medium body. Smooth mouthfeel.

Praise be St. Arnold! This is beer at its finest. That little snowman on the label has been rightly crowned as this is truly a regal concoction. The complexity of this ale is the closest I’ve come to witnessing divine inspiration (fine, madness).

Pours a hazed golden apricot with a foamy white head, thick lace and good retention. Aroma of bubblegum, yeast, peach, booze, banana and bread. Medium thick body, heavy carbonation and a soft body. Flavor is hotter than nose suggested, with a ton of fruit (grape, peach, pear) and bubblegum and bready malt.

Appearance. Pours a murky honey-brown with a finger of white head that doesn't last all that long.

Smell. Sweet fruits, mainly fresh pear, but also some orange and a bit of mango, some spicy belgian yeast and just a touch of caramel and grainy light malt.

Taste. Caramel and sweet orchard fruits, some spicy and earthy yeast, a little light grainy malt. Very nice and abv is very well hidden ...too well.

Mouthfeel. On the low side of full bodied, slightly syrupy, fairly soft medium carbonation.

Overall. A very nice beer with dangerously well hidden high abv and lots of nice fruity belgian flavours.
