A: Poured a marzen color with some coppery-orange hues. The head was bready with a sandstone color, sat 1 finger high before its quick demise to a patch covering. Visible carbonation started strong but quickly dimished to a light sporadic showing of micro bubbles. The lacing was poor leaving speckled small patches that was wishy washer in appearance. Only average regards here, it lacks about as much creditability as most banks during this recession. A deeper color and sturdy head would have been more appreciated.
S: The nose was fresh pine and an underlying dry buttery malting. Overly ripened apples and a pear fruitiness, almost pie like, add a overly sweet appeal that was uncharactestic per style.
T: The initial flavor was sour, fizzy turning to sweetly toasted malt with hints of buttered bread. A sour malting and sour citrus is found on the finish. A dry toasted backing with a blast of hot spicy fruit from the alcohol(Schnapps like) only makes things worse on the finish coming off like warm spicy apple cider and pear juice which lingers as well adding insult to injury.
M: wishy-washy, light bodied, aka watery, with a sour malt lacing for a finish. Yuk.
D: Drinkability, not on your life or your tongue. A horrible interpretation and struggle to finish. A drain pour. Perhaps the best thing about this was the label that read "limited edition" so it can only offend and disappoint a limited amount of people.

Mix of yellow and gold color, aroma was mildly grainy. Not much else going on.
Tastes like a breadier version of their lager, bock meets biere de garde type of stuff going on. Relatively light mouthfeel, minorly toasted pale malt. Hides the alcohol relatively well.
Middle of the road stuff.

This pours a semi-clear, dark amber color with a fluffy beige head. The scent is mostly yeast and malts with no prelude of what to expect in the taste. The taste is a complex blend of yeast, citrus, malts, and bread that finishes with an ever so slight bitterness. There’s a lot going on here making it very tasty and enjoyable. It drinks smooth and has great volume. Quite well made.

Mix of dirty gold and light copper in the appearance. Aroma was fairly clean, not much to speak of.
Taste, reminiscient of just a regular lager, pretty clean body, light hopping, light toasting/roasting to it, mild sweetness. Probably a little more hops than in a traditional bock, but at least it keeps this beer mildly interesting by doing such a thing.
Didn't think there was as much caramel in this thing as many of the reviews mention it, the body and mouthfeel seem to be much lighter than a caramel reference. Just a lot of pale malt and noble hops maybe. A little cleanliness of the overall beer lets a little warming alcohol in.

This poured out as a brown color, it had a good amount of clarity to it also. The head was foamy and tan in color. The lacing was decent but nothing too sticky on the glass. The smell of the beer had a good amount of malts on the nose and gave off some toasted caramel notes. The taste of the beer was sweet and had a nice lightly roasted finish to it. The mouthfeel of the beer had a medium body with a good carbonation to it. Overall this bock wasn't too bad but it wasn't one I needed to have again.
