Served on tap at Sam's in Durham
Pours a very light pale yellow color with a medium white head. Smell is a normal wheat beer, i couldnt smell the spiciness on the nose of this one. Taste is much different though... lime, wheat and ginger dominate the initial flavor with a big spicy chilliness on the back of the tongue. as you get through a pint the spiciness starts to build up. Enjoyable novelty beer. Drinkability is fine, very light with medium carbonation.
Overall glad i had this beer, obviously its a novelty beer but it was enjoyable.

Categorize this one under strange brews. The color is a cloudy yellow with a moderate, quickly dying head. Spotty lace.
The smell reminds me of burning flowers (lavender?).
It's spicy with strong non-beer flavors. I definitely detect hot chilies and ginger. The beer is lip smackingly dry. The aftertaste is hot and lasting.
Great to try to taste the very fringes of the beer range.

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a hazy dark gold with a soft frothy white head, leaves some solid lace.
S: Fajitas and lime juice.
T: Some notes of wheat and bread, but dominated by the upfront chili flavours that take over the beer. Refreshing in a weird way but begs for food.
M: Light-bodied, crisp, capsaicin heavy.
O: A fun beer, a bit one-dimensional, but an adventure nevertheless.

Tap at BBC in Plymouth, MA.
Light fizzy head, golden yellow hazy lemon color.
Nose is like pure Thai, very nutty, peanut oil, light pepper, ginger, wheat, floral spices I want to think basil but I think that's more my mind's association, lemon zest and a light citrusy aroma.
Taste airy and floral, plenty of wheat to start, nice candy ginger, light floral spices, little nutty. Hint of pepper flavor and heat, and light lemon zest. Light golden malt with more wheat flavors. Finish is drier but not very, light sticky malt, some warming pepper heat, more spices and lemon, ginger lingering.
Mouth is med bodied, decent carb, some pepper heat.
Overall interesting but not amazing, very unique Thai flavors, floral but not great.
