12 oz bottle into imperial pint glass.

A - A bit lighter than you might expect from an IPA, but clear and coppery in any case, with a bit of a chill haze. A nice head forms after an agressive pour, and a thin layer hangs around down the glass.
S - Nice resiny, piney hop aromas here; bodes well for the taste...
T - A bit of alcohol and hops right off the bat, which then mixes with some caramel-y sweetness in the middle (a bit of roasted malts in there too), before wrapping up with nice mix of lingering sweetness and bitterness from the hops. The roasted malts are fairly prominent at the end as well, resolving into the "dry tongue" typical of IPAs. This is a VERY well-balanced IPA.
M - A higher level of carbonation than I'm used to, but contributes to the drinkability of this one, which is really through the roof.
D - Yeah, I could drink a bunch of these...almost to the point that it's gulp-able.

This is a pretty great IPA, balance and drinkability matched only by a few that I've had; Sierra Nevada Celebration comes to mind. This is a bit less assertive than Celebration, but very easy to put down. Will definitely pick this up again.
