Had a taster at the Miramar location in San Diego. Tart with a nice flavor.

On Tap @ Aces & Ales
A – Very bright in the glass, pale yellow with a tall bright white head. Lacing left behind is solid and the retention is great throughout.
S – Nice for the style, yeasty notes for the most part, bright lemon, star anise and a nice grassy note.
T – Quite refreshing, lemongrass, citrus and banana notes, not much of a yeasty funk here.
M – Good balance here, some of the notes in the nose and taste may lead this one to be a bit thick. Overall a very nice mouthfeel, carbonation level cuts through the residual sweetness. Clean finish.
O – A nice refreshing Saison. Nice to find it on tap. Out of the bottle some of the sweeter and yeastier notes may dominate. A very good looking, and tasting beer here.
