4oz taster glass at the Salisbury tasting room on 7/3/12. Over heard that this is possibly going to be a base beer for some barrel aging projects.

A: Pours a deep amber, chestnut like color. Nice reddish hues. Bright white head. Not leaving a lot of lacing. Good carb though.

S: Nuttiness. Caramel malts. Lightly hopped.

T: Up front I got a touch of hop bitterness, not overpowering. Then you get that nutty malt backbone. Caramel malts. It's actually really nice flavor profile wise.

M: Medium (lighter side)
