Had on draft at The Big Hunt.
Pours a light golden color, good carbonation, active bubbles.
Smells like a pilsner. Pulling out wheat, a brief hit of citrus.
The taste is grainy up front, a slight bitter finish. Very drinkable.
It's smooth, creamy finish. Session able for sure.

Good carbonation and a light body. Pilsner-like finish. Nothing amazing. drinkable. prefer some of their other offerings. However looking forward to trying on tap in DC soon. smell isn't that appealing. Appearance is a dark straw color with nice streams of bubbles throughout the drinking.

On tap in a pint glass.
A- Light golden color, slightly hazy. One finger of pure white cotton-fluff head tapers to a thin film that leaves lots of lacing. Extra lively carbonation.
S- A bit AAL-esque, mild pilsner malts.
T-Grainy, light malts, minty.
M- Quite full for a session beer, some breadiness with some hop bitterness on the finish.
O-Not bad as a one shot, but not good enough to rate a go-to session ale.

Poured from a 12-ounce bottle into a Relic Brewing imperial pint glass.
A: Very pale, light, straw yellow color with a foamy, one-finger head of white carbonation that left some webby, soapy lacing. Slight protein chilled haze.
S: Very bready and grainy with hints of herbal hops, no real fruitiness perceived, just the nice, toasted bread aroma.
T: Sweet, bready and bitter flavor up front,t he brew has some minimal cooked veggie flavors that roll into an all out, lightly toasted bake shop selection. When the slightly metallic hops hit towards the finish, it throws some spicy, bitter resins back onto the palate, but it stays pretty malty throughout.
M: A bit dense for a blonde, but smooth and malty with some flash bitterness and a little acidity in the finish.
O: This is a pretty average blonde ale at 4.9% and although I like the bready consistency of the brew, it has some shortcomings, namely the acidity, off hop flavors and slight metallic taste that doesn;t jive well with the medium-bodied mouthfeel. Not horrible but I'm not going back for more.
