12oz brown bottle with no freshness date.

Crackling sea foam head leave some patches of lace on the glass, good clarity. Little edge of caramel and breadiness in the nose, fruity as well. Crispness comes along quite well, medium body. Solid malt backbone drops a little sweetness on the palate before going dry and biscuity in the finish. Hops do a good job at balancing the malt out, quick kiss of alcohol in the middle with a vague fruity linger.

A very easy drinking balanced toasty ESB, Evolution hit the target here.

At Blue Coast Restaurant:

Into a pint glass:

A: hazy amber body, one finger white foamy head, some carbonation is seen rising

S: light caramel/fruity tones coming forth in front of light hops, malts are slightly there

T: sweet yet bitter between previously mentioned flavors, fruity aftertaste, slight malty finish

M: light to medium, sessionable, carbonation is spot on

O: I say good for the style and good for me, I`d have again if looking for an ESB in the DE area
