A-Cloudy yellow, slight orange, nice carbonation even though the head doesn't last that long.

S-Funk, oak, grapes, lemon, grass and wheat. Can tell this was in Pinot Noir barrels.

T-More tart than sour, lemon and grass. Tad bit of grapes as well.

M-Light, tad watery and not much carbonation.

O-First Upright "sour," another great extra I received.

The second Batch: Single cask four with yarrow and rose
Bottle 93/110

A - Pours a hazy light orange with a bubbly near-white head that fades quickly.

S - Tart oak, lemons, rose-floral.

T - Mild buttery wood, some acidic lemon. More pear as it sits.

D - Thin and watery with ok carbonation.

O - Smells nice, just thin and mild all- around.
