hill farmstead stemware - bright orange body, some healthy white foam - nice aromas of brett, oak barrel, vinous notes. Flavor profile highlights peach, apricot skin, wine barrel, lots of brett, straw, spice, lemon. A nice beer - happy to have another - wont knock your socks off, but well crafted

Opened at a bottle share. Poured into a snifter. Light straw color. Lots of Brett, floral notes, perfumy. Taste is excellent, straw, fruity tartness. Brett continues thru finish. Dry, pleasantly tart. This has really developed nicely in the past 18 months. Bottle 106/120. Wish I had more.

750mL bottle poured into a tulip. Bottle #106 of 168. Thanks to Jason for the bottle!

(A)- Pours a hazy golden yellow color. Some nice white froth.

(S)- A nice earthy barrel character. A touch of funk with clay, lemon, and subtle spice.

(T)- A really nice combo of bright peach/apricot and lemon fruits with a subtle funky but mildly sour brett character. Finishes nice and dry with an ever so subtle spicy oak.

(M)- A nice carbonation level and balance. Really nice fruits combined with subtle barrel notes and yeast.

(D)- Overall, just a fun and joyful saison. Super easy to enjoy and vibrant/refreshing.
