This brew has been lurking in my fridge for about a year and a half. I just couldn't seem to take the label seriously. The appearance would've been a 4.5 if not for it.

Terrific hues of red streak through the darkness. Caramel and slight butter hit the nose to pleasurable affect. Flavor is good until the end when it drops out and leaves some alcohol bits in my nose. I know it's 8.5 but I was hoping that the crystal would help mask it a little more.

Mouth is creamy and thick. Drinkability is better than I thought and will try this one again.
