From Beergium. In Teku glass. Watching Los Soprano 2x08-09. Very roasty and sweet, with a good amount of bitterness to compensate. The body is light, making it dangeoursly drinkable

Pitch black pour with a very nice espresso head that gives way to a thin lacing. Coffee, chocolate, roasted malts and cherries. Bitter-sweet and perfectly balanced, with a very smooth mouthfeel and a chocolate bitter aftertaste. A world class Baltic porter.

Black color with tan head. Aroma has roasted malts and dark fruits like cherries and plums. Taste follows with the intense roasted malts, some dark fruits but mostly it's roasty with a good kick coffee bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a nice Baltic Porter, smooth and easy to drink.

A: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a black color and a thick consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, tan-colored head that lasted a fair amount of time. Good lacing.
S: A subtle aroma of chocolate, malt, and dark fruit.
T: Tasted of some malt, a bit of dark fruit, chocolate, a bready quality, and a hint of coffee. The flavor here is quite as powerful as some Baltic Porters, but it is rich, complex and pretty tasty.
M: A good amount of carbonation with a silky finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a solidly made, easy to drink beer. Not too aggressive, and it has a good character.

The colour is jet black, the two finger head is compact and brown. It sinks slowly leaving no lacing.
The powerful smell is dry and malty with lots of pumpernickel. It is smoked and a bit sour. Roasted flavours, hints of charcoal, lactose and roasted meat.
The taste is very roasted with mild smoked flavours of delicatessen. Pumpernickel bread and a touch of mint. Quickly passing sourness. Medium body. The aftertaste is smooth with some alcohol and burned flavours of charcoal and burned rubbers. The finish is clean with roasted flavours and smooth bitterness.
The carbonation is mild, the mid-sized bubbles are long-lived. The liquid is smooth and dry.
This is a very clean and focused Baltic porter. Not bad at all.

500ml bottle. Shaker glass. Pure black color headed by tan, creamy, rocky & lasting crown. Aroma profile shows figs, coffee, black cocoa & intense herbal aromas. Burnt malts, hints of banana & sharp floral bitterness. Full body. Soft carbonation. Oily texture. Ripe plum into a long bitter finish. Amazing!!
