On tap for the 2012 Peter Reeves Memorial Sourfest at Churchill’s Pub & Grille in San Marcos, CA.

Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy beige head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with wood and wine aromas. Taste is much the same with a slightly soapy flavor on the finish. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that seems fairly basic and suffers from some carbonation issues.
