Pours out pale gold and sits light yellow in the glass with a light soapy head fading fast.
Sharp grassy aroma with light crackery undertones.
Dry crackery malts upfront with an assertive yet moderate hop bitterness. Vaguely floral.
Crisp, clean and refreshing. Can't help but state that this is definitely mis-classified as an American adjunct lager, it is more akin to a Euro pale lager, encroaching on Czech/German pils. Overalls nice, unobtrusive beer worthy of a pairing with lighter fare or as a refresher course on a warm summer's day.

Appearance: Medium gold body with a nice white head. Thin lacing down the glass.
Aroma: Quite strong malt and sweet grains for a pale lager, and a definite hop presence makes for an unexpected surprise.
Taste: Again, quite malty for the style, with a light fruitiness and honey aspects. Medium-low bitterness in the aftertaste. This one is a bit better than the usual offerings (such as Peroni etc), for one that likes beers that lean towards the malt side.
Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation and medium body. Fairly average.
Drinkability: A good example of a macro lager that can be made pleasant. It was better than I was expecting, and perfect for pairing with the wonderful pizza that I had alongside. It won't set your tastebuds alight, but I would much prefer this than the majority of macro lagers on the market.

A: pours a clear golden color with a decent head that fades to bites of lacing.
S: Mild aroma of a fruity sweetness with a bit of malt sweetness mixed in.
T: Taste of mild fruit and malt sweetness. Mild bitterness and a fairly dry finish.
F: Light body, crisp and smooth but a bit short on flavoer.
O: Typical non-offensive Euro Pale Lager.

I poured a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance- Clear golden color with a fingers worth of fizzy white head. The head disappeared quickly and there is almost no lacing.
Smell- Light aroma of sweet malt, corn and bread.
Taste- Pale malt flavor with hints of honey and lemon.
Mouthfeel- Light bodied and crisp. An average amount of carbonation.
Overall- Not a very good beer, reminds me more of a typical adjunct lager. If you pass this one up, you won't be missing anything.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Aug 2012. Purchased from a webshop.
Poured into a Sam Smith's pint glass. A pale straw colour with faint haze and plentiful fine carbonation. Forms a small head of white foam that doesn't hang around. Aroma of slightly sweet, grainy malt with hints of cardboard and faint stewed hops. Smells a tad stale.
Tastes of light malt with a dry finish. Hints of grain, cardboard, overcooked veg and stewed hops. A distinct stale flavour in the background, and a harsh bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is light, prickly and dry. Rather astringent. Aftertaste of harsh stewed hops.
Blech - this is a pretty crappy lager. A stale, overcooked flavour; this doesn't distinguish itself at all. Even if I was desperate for refreshment, I'd think twice before selecting one. Avoid.

The beer is clear and pale golden with a white head that leaves some lacing and a few curtains.
The smell is very weak, some faint white bread aromas.
A sweetish start, white bread, some lemon and a clean bitterness.
Medium small carbonation, small bubbles, soft and fresh, a smooth dry finish.
Very sweet and malty, nearly a Swedish standard lager "stor stark", a discrete bitterness.

This is the first of a new series titled "Reaper Does Blind Tastings of Assorted Pale Lagers."
12oz. bottle served into a pint glass
Pours a slightly darker than expected color. It's still comfortably in the range of yellow, but instead of urine it's more the color of jaundice. Sudsy, soapy head actually has some decent retention, which you don't often see in the style.
The malt profile in this beer smells stale. Not musty or anything, just... old. There's actual hops here though! Some steely noble hops. There's promise here.
The palate is quick and sweet with esters akin to a fruit flavored bubblegum. Those esters give way on the midpalate to a metallic hop character which lingers through to the finish, where it is amplified by an unpleasantly astringent pale malt off-flavor that sticks to your back molars.
The mouthfeel is style-average: watery, sudsy. Overall, this is a pretty average pale lager. Not much to say about it. It doesn't offend and seems to be brewed with some semblance of care.

Picked up at a random store in Waitsfield, VT. Poured into my Duvel tulip.
A - Pours a crystal clear honey hue with a fizzy light head that fades quickly to leave no retention and lacing.
S - sweet malts and grains/corn with light honey.
T - More of those sweet malts (though more honey atleast), but its still alot of corn on the taste. Not a big fan of corny beers...
M - Mouthfeel isnt that bad. Light, crisp, not too too thin mouthfeel. Definately european.
O - Overall, this beer was average. Havent really had a good Italian beer. This one was okay, wouldnt buy again.

(Served in a strange)
A- This beer pours a crystal clear yellow with a swirling strong carbonation of tiny bubbles that support a bubbly snow white head that last for much of the beer.
S- The dry green herbal aroma blends with a soft sulfur note and a field corn note that grows into more of a honey comb quality as it warms.
T- The dry cooked corn taste has a slight sulfury sweetness to it with a touch of butter that comes through at the finish. Thee is a watery taste that grows as the beer opens and the finish takes on a touch of sweetness.
M- The light mouthfeel has a filling fizz texture and no alcohol heat noticed.
O- The light character has some nice notes with a touch of sweetness softening the sulfur. There is a touch of green in the nose but none in the taste. Pleasant but one is enough.

Appearance: The beer pours a golden yellow with a moderate amount of carbonation.
Smell: It smells like a typical macro lager. In other words, there is a slight hint of hops and not much else.
Taste: A slight amount of yeast is apparent in the after taste. Other than that, there really isn't much of a taste.
Mouth feel: The carbonation is slightly refreshing but, just like with every other aspect of this beer, there isn't much too say.
Overall: This beer isn't much better than a typical macro lager. It lacks the offensive metallic, sour twang found in many macros but other than that, it accomplishes nothing.
