into a pint glass
very hazy, deep orange/brown, looks like apple cider.
semi-aggressive pour formed 1in head and quickly disappeared. clear white head.
smells musty, caramel and light apple aroma
tastes mild, more malty or grain than anything else
feels great, smooth and sticks on the mouth just a bit
Overall this brew was enjoyable! Something I could drink two or three of and not get too overpowering.
+Story I heard about this beer: On the label is a bear with deer antlers (a "Beer"), and it is said that if you drink enough of these and wonder out into the forest you can see this so called "Beer". Though that was a cheeky story haha.

Boont Amber Ale has a very thick, creamy, cream-colored head and a somewhat hazy, bubbly, amber appearance, with little brown particles floating about and some good lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet, brown bread crust, and the flavor is of that, with an underlying caramel and a mellow, floral hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Boont Amber Ale finishes mostly dry, refreshing, and easy drinking. This one is most excellent. It’s all positive with no negative. Delicious!

12 oz. bottle into a tumbler
A- Reddish brown, fairly transparent (just some slight haze), half finger tan head, with okay retention, but good lacing.
S- Strong whiff of caramel, sweet. Mild, if any hop character in the nose.
T- Sweet malt followed by a slight bittering hop balance. The two work well with one another.
M- Medium body, very smooth. Very well balanced in the feel.
O- Mild, but fairly flavorful. I would put this more into the realm of a brown, because of the mild hop. But still a solid beer.

From a 12 ounce can, this beer pours a slightly hazy amber color. Small white head. It's an average looking amber ale. The smell is of toast and crackers. Malty. Some fruit and distant earthy hops, but mostly a lightly toasty, bready scent. The taste is somewhat tilted sweet, but is well balanced. Malt comes through in the taste as well, but this is not a sweet brew. Medium in body, easy to drink, and tasty. This is a no-frills amber all, solid and drinkable.
