Appearance is copper brown color, frothy white head with good retention, impressive cap retention. Noticeable sediment
Aromas of bold German hop spice, reminds me of my home-brewed Hoptobierfest.
Tastes as it smells with noticeable bitterness, followed by some Munich/Caramel malts and a dash of abv bite.
Mouthfeel is high carbo, medium body, crisp bitterness.
Drinkability is impressive, very encouraging to learn this is so close to my Sticke Altbier attempt as my Hoptobierfest recipe.

I feel like this is a German beer lover's beer.

A nice chestnut color with lace on the side of the glass that's going nowhere.

The nose is sweet hazelnut up front and lingering leather.

As far as taste goes, its got a nice hop spike that isn't altogether indicative of other German darker brews I'm familiar with. Just the right amount of roasted malts commingle with earthy tobacco notes.

Delicious & worth the price tag.

Amber copper color. Poured four fingers of thick off-white head with long retention and leaving marks.
Nice aroma of piney and floral hops, slightly toasted malts and notes of cinnamon and caramel.
Very tasteful beer, mild toasted malt, spices and caramel. Delicious bitterness with grassy and earthy hops. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body and low carbonation, 6% ABV is well hidden.
Great beer, I just found grace in Altbiers just after dinking the Uerige. Flavorful, hoppy with good drinkability.
