Aroma: Mild lemongrass notes, hints of light orange peel, just a hint of crackery malt character, and clean fermentation character.

Appearance: Light golden color and effervesence cascades up the glass walls. Sticky and sudsy white foam persists.

Flavor: More light lemongrass character, hints of orange, and light background caramel sweetness. Very well balanced if slightly to the bitter.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with medium-high carbonation. Slight prickly carbonic bite.

Overall impression: Loved it! Really enjoyed that this wasn't just a boring, crackery, typical American blonde ale. I loved the light hop character in the aroma, flavor, and bitterness. It provided a nice counterpoint without killing the palate. Well done and great for the summer!
