Appears a hazy light gold with a fluffy white cap that slowly fades out. Scattered bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of floral notes, caramel, slightly spicy with some notes of funk pulling through.
Taste is of the aromas with some lemony zest, brown sugar and surprising balance in this beer.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp, balanced, with decent carbonation.

L: hazy gold, fluffy white head S: floral aromas with traces of barnyard and Belgian yeast. T: Sweet malt sweetened with a little apple, fruit, caramel, some pepper in the after taste, a touch of tartness and a light hop accent. A light touch of wood. F: Very creamy, medium to medium light body with very rich full carbonation. O: Interesting and very drinkable.
