Appearance is dark amber hue, fair amount of white head sustains, minimal lacing

Smell is dominated by sour/tart/funk, light fruits, citrus, and vinegar

Taste is light fruits (pears, apricots, peaches) initially, sour tartness in the middle dominates and lingers well into the finish, simple but strong flavors challenge the tastebuds

Mouthfeel is medium-bodied, light watery texture, moderate carbonation

Drinkability is moderate, a nice wild farmhouse ale that is not as extreme as other types from this category, very approachable even to non-sour fans, great overall balance

22 oz. bottle served in a Southern Tier tulip.

A: Pours a hazy orange color with a thin white head forming on the pour. Some sticky lace is left behind.

S: Light sourness on the nose. Some sweet peach flesh with a pale malt backing. Slightly yeasty.

T: Mild pucker upon the initial sip with some peach pit and light peach juice. Pale malts with a sour lemon grass as well. The flavors are all very light.

M: Light bodied and dry with a medium carbonation level.

O: This has definitely faded. Still dry and easy drinking however. Worth a tick.
