Golden straw colored body; slightly hazy, erupting with a foamy white head that patiently dissipates leaving a faint lace in its path.

Generous aromas of lemon zest, spice/coriander, and yeast are immediate and exemplary of the style.

The palate is similar to the aroma, but more wheat & yeast up front with lemon zest to follow and great coriander/orange peel to compliment.

Light in body with moderate carbonation, refreshing, and pleasantly spiced.

What a great, easy drinking summer beer. Plenty of flavor character, crisp, and traditional to the style. Very authentic & well crafted.
