Skinny Dip Beer by New Belgium Brewing pours a deep copper from a 12oz dark glass bottle with a pry off cap. Massive head went to well over three fingers with heavy lacing left on the sides of my glass and islands of foam on the surface of the brew as the foam receded.
Nose is a well received coriander spice, lemon citrus, and sweet barley malt. Palate is a light coriander spice at first that unfolds to wheat, barley malt, hops, and a citrus lemon.
To sum this up with one word... WOW!!! If this is Skinny Dipping, Im going to try to get as much pool time as I can.
