Keglers was located just down the street from my hotel, or likely I never would have stopped by.
Keglers is a sports bar, first and foremost, and it's very good size. There is a fairly good size dining area at street level, but with an even larger area down stairs and upstairs. Each dining room has it's own bar area, with flat screen TV's perched all over. As you would expect, there are a few sports related decorations on the walls, but otherwise there's little else to commend the atmosphere here. Also, there was some odd, sort of dead fish, mildew aroma in the street level dining area that was a bit off putting initially (I honestly didn't notice it after sitting at the bar for a while). Regardless, I'm assuming that atmosphere isn't something most of the normal Kegler's clientele gives a lot of thought to while working through his/her pitcher of bud lite and basket of wings.
In terms of beer selection, it's a complete joke. They have 8 beers on tap, the most interesting of which consisted of Yuengling oktoberfest and SA boston lager. The bottle selection is made up of a who's who of the macro swill world, and was dominated by adjunct lagers and light lagers from InBev-AB. The most interesting bottle selection by far was SNPA.
Food is your standard pub grup. I got the wings, as I'd heard and read that they're considered some of the best in Morgantown. In fairness, they weren't bad at all, and the blue cheese dressing they provided was outstanding. Still... I don't think anyone comes here for the fine dining cuisine.
Service, along with the multiple TV's, is the obvious draw here. Kegler's employs a goodly number of young, attractive, friendly female staff. Frankly, they really take the sting out of what is otherwise a pretty lackluster drinking and dining experience here. However, given that this is beer advocate and not "cute babes advocate," and given that there's no separate review category for hot babes (if there were, this place would get a 5), it's kind of difficult to give this place a very good BA review.
Prices are pretty reasonable. My cheater pint glass of Yuengling was $3.50, while my 12 wing basket of hot wings was just $9.95.
Shrug... in all honesty, this place probably has no business being included in the places section of BA. In other words, don't come here for the beer....

This is by far the best wing place in Morgantown and the waitresses are not bad to look at either. As for the beer selection its mainly macros as well sam adams and a sierra nevada type mainstream micros. This is a great place to watch any and all west virginia aporting events, well any sporting events for that matter. There is also Keglers II downstairs for added seats and more tvs to watch. Lots of tvs, great wings, friendly service, couldnt ask for much more, other than more craft taps or bottles.

Kegler's is a typical sports bar (above a bowling alley even). There are a few huge televisions playing sports and the atmosphere is slightly smoky. Everything is clean, though, and the waitresses are generally extremely easy on the eyes (as well as personable for the most part, although there have been exceptions).
The only negative part on the service is that the waitresses don't always stop by when you need something, and I've waited longer than I like to for a drink refill, another beer, or even to take care of the check.
The food is great, they have some nice wing sauces and buffalo chicken sandwhiches. The burgers are good, the cut fries are excellent, and one of my favorites is the seafood basket.
Nice selection of beer, they have 8 taps, half of which are micro/imports. They have over 30 bottled beers, also about half of which are import/craft/micro. I really enjoy having Redhook's ESB on tap when I go.
