Appearance: A nice dark yet slightly transparent amber color body with an off white head. The head wasn't too much, but the retention was great and left tons of lacing.
Smell: An over powering hop smell, with not too much depth and a "tad" to much alpha.
Taste: A nice bitter hop, with a grand malt background. It took a couple (15 or so) pints to find the malt background, but once found you can't miss it.
Mouthfeel: Very crisp and ridgid, but lacking a sense of smoothness.
Drinkability: Very high, as noted by the 15 or so pints I've had of it (not all in one trip of course).
Don't drink and review.

Decent but not fantastic, served a hazy orange, decent head on top. Floral aroma, some hop, and malt, good job of hiding the alcohol. Taste is a little off, flimsy fruit at first with some hop at the end ever so slightly touching the mouth before the beer goes down. It is smooth, and somewhat good as a sessioner. I'm shocked to see that this is the ABV and I question it, as I had two of these with no problem, will have to check it out. This beer is fine, adequete, and clean, a good IPA for a first timer, but for me its a beer with no character. There are plenty of better IPAs, this one feels like one with ducttape over its mouth a little bit. But I guess that's expected from a chain, not terrible though.

Served a slightly hazy orange colored beer with modearte white puffy head.
Smell is loaded with hops (piney and grassy) and is truly a treat to the nose.
Taste also forefronts the strong hop character with a nice balancing malt in the background. The hops are really what this beer is all about, though.
Finishes long and and dry and beckons for another taste.
An excellent beer. Much better than I would expect from a chain in a shopping mall.

Rock Bottom- Prussia's Pride IPA
Appearance- Bright hazy orange with a moderate foamy head.
Smell- Sweet caramel malt and a grapefruit rind aroma.
Taste- Sweet grapefruit rind, light pine hops, very sweet caramel malt with a touch of wet hops.
Mouthfeel- almost puckering sweet up front but toning down to mildy crisp and bitter in the end.
Overall- A nice IPA to go with the Bar Pretzels. The IPA's flavor wanes in the end, but otherwise 1 of Rock Bottom's better offerings!!
***Re-reviewed from a June 8th visit. Must of had it too cold last time. Really impressed!***

Very cloudy caramel/orange colour topped by a dense, white head, which showed good retention and solid lacing. Intense hop aroma, quite floral with a bit of grapefruit and toasted malt. Solid bitterness (more than I expected from a chain) with floral/citrus hop flavour that lingered in the finish. Mild, balanced malt with a bit of toast and caramel that dropped out quickly at the end. Medium bodied with decent mouthfeel. A pleasant surprise. I've had so many watered-down, weak IPAs at chain brewpubs that I expected more of the same. This one was definitely a notch above the crowd.

This beer came a foggy orange amber that faded to copper near the bottom of my pint with an even, thin, large bubbled whie head. I must say the fogginess of this beer was right on. Not too much any which way, but really attractive.
Smelled of nice smooth oranges with a bit of bread dough and musky brown sugar and a pinch of salt. The bitter sweet blend of these flavors was right on the money.
Tasted of big sweet fruity hops. The malt base tasted like creamy white pizza crust and brown sugar that was really organic and lively. Again, the way these two elements got along was simply marvelous. It finished pasty and bitter yet very clean.
The mouth feel was medium bodied with a full mouth of small bubbles that was exceptionally clean and smooth.
Awesome. This really reminded me of DFHs 90 mn. For a big national chain, this blew my mind. I will return here to session all up on this beer. Its freakin awesome. Do yourself a favor and check it out. As I said in my review of the brew pub, its in the King of Prussia mall, so the next time youre shopping and need a rest, this becomes a mandatory stop.

Appears a hazy amber with a lush white head that is retained during the entire session. Spotty and streaky lacing.
Smell is of floral and citrus with a mildly perfumy aroma. Centennial and Chinook hops abound.
Taste is of citrus cream and a malty sugar that's hard to put a finger on.
Mouthfeel is sugary, creamy, along with a mild bite at the end.
Drinkability is good but nothing is knocking my socks off with this one either.
