Review from notes while at the brewery.
Poured light gold with a short lived white head. Very clean aroma. The light malts are readily apparent with notes of bread and toasted grain. Sparse hops of a grassy and citrus nature adorn the aroma and the mid-late quaff. Finish is clean and unlasting, but leaves you wanting a little more. Light bodied and refreshing carbonation.

At the Lititz pub:
In a pint glass:
A: clear golden colored body with small slowly rising bubbles. A small white head leaving a film on top of the beer appeared and left some light mild lacing.
S: malty with some really light citrus.
T: malts and light citrus and added a slight corn taste that ended up tasting pretty good.
M: light and left a sweet yet wet aftertaste and finish
O: this is a good dortmunder that I would come back to. I'm glad I picked up a variety pack with this in it.
