Pours a nice golden color with a nice, slightly tinted head. The head drops to an eighth of an inch, but maintains throughout the consumption. Slightly cloudy (good stuff floating around), with a sweet, almost lemony smell. Tastes the same as the appearance. Nice wheat or grainy taste with a citrus hint. Very mellow. The bubbles rise throughout right to the end. I can't say enough about the products these guys turn out. Solid, consistent brews. Glad I live nearby. This stuff is great on tap.

Review from notes.

Poured hazy gold/yellow with a non-lasting white cap. It actually looked kind of dead after the head died down. Barely able to make out a little bit of honey and lemon peel, but there's a bit of wheat in there. The flavor is rather bland. Very light body and moderately carbonated. I can see how this can be an easy drink on a hot summer's day of lawn mowing, but I don't see myself seeking this one out.

A: Golden Yellow color, hazy.

S: A blend or orange and lemon aromas

T: Citrusy, kind of boring to be perfectly frank. I'd probably feel better about this beer if I was drinking it in the summer.

M: Moderate to high carbonation. Watery finish.

O: An average brew. I wouldn't go out of my way to seek it out again.

Into a pint glass:

A: hazy golden colored body leaving no head, and some fizziness is heard when it was poured. Some light carbonation is seen rising.

S: wheat and lemon up front.

T: basically the same.

M: light to medium, semi-carbonated and watery.

O: though I got this in a year round variety pack, this seems more of a beer that would be better in the summer. Not bad, but nothing spectacular, and decent for the style.

I feel this is a good, solid, above average example of a wheat beer from ABC. I've had it many times at the brewery itself and it's a fine example of a wheat beer served with a lemon wedge, ice cold and able to quench your thirst. It's not spectacular, it does finish with a slight watery feeling and there's not much body to it. But for me, in the dead heat of summer. This is the perfect beer to enjoy for refreshment and enjoyability.

First had: on tap at the Collegeville brewpub

Served with a lemon wedge, of course. >_< Clear, pale yellow color, bubbly carbonation visible, and a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma was dominated by the lemon, even when I removed the wedge. Taste of toasted grains, pale malts, lemon peel, bitter and metallic in the aftertaste. Pretty much a typical average wheat beer here. Light bodied, pretty bland, but appeals to the masses, so I'd say fairly drinkable for those with non-discriminating palates.
