Appearance: murky light blood red, soft pink, yellowish head, minimal with large soapy bubbles.
Aroma: raspberry, Fuji apple skins, musk, vinius, oak tannins, tart grape.
Taste: astute sourness, light raspberry, fruity, musk, funk, apple skins, mild red wine.
***Light, refreshing, puckering, but balanced. A great sour. Thanks Joshua!

Man, if you had the reserve to hold on to a bottle of this for this long it's drinking phenomenal right now. Its just the right amount of acidity and the raspberry has tappered a little to result in a fantastic beer. This is definitely a 98+ beer right now. It's as good or better than atrial if you drink it right now. if you have no desire to drink it and still have some left please hit me up. I will trade you for it. Great job SCOTT!
