This is a hoppy amber ale with a lightly smoked malt. It pours an amber color. Barely perceptible aroma, but very flavorful. A welcome surprise—the hops give it a bigger bite than most ambers, while the wisps of smoke make for a curious, rewarding flavor. Light bodied, and an easy drinker.
