Wow, save for the Cork & Bottle in Covington, KY this is one of the best selections of beer & wine @ VERY reasonable prices that I have ever encountered. Highly recommended especially if you crave a warehouse type atmosphere that has a serious collection of singles in which to make your own six. I dropped $75.00 just on singles alone, I'd rather try before I buy. Wish there were more places like this in N.E. Ohio. A selection so good you have to eliminate things down to the absolute most wanted.

Stopped by this place after a trip to Taco Mac in the area. Very nice looking building - stucco and brick and is clearly new construction. Well-lit parking lot. Walking in, there is (obviously) a sea of wine with a couple of beer displays. This place is pretty impressive. If I were a bigger wine snob, this place would be my Graceland. Beer is to the right hand side of the store divided into 3 aisles. It's not the most spectacular selection in the metro area but it's pretty good. Everything is well organized and displayed well. Decent help. I was looking for something in particular that they didn't have, but they were quick to look it up and let me know that they were out. Overall, a good place to scope out if you're in the area.

This Total Wine reorganized their been singles and pack aisles earlier in the year and has gotten in a lot more beers that were previously unavailable. A lot of the 6-packs, half-cases and cases of beer are not priced very far above cost (especially the macro-brews) and the staff is always willing to break down 6-packs if singles of a certain beer are not obvious on the single-bottle/can aisle. A fair few of the staff members really knowledgeable regarding special and hard-to-find breweries and specific releases and when they are in the dark they are quick to check their computers or to see if it's available. It would be nice if they could get in certain Italian beers that are available in Georgia but that haven't been seen in the store, but that's not necessarily a problem.

Although the main focus of this liquor superstore is wine, as its name suggests, it has a formidable beer selection. Not only are there plenty of local and craft brews, there is an excellent array of imports, arranged by country. They have two isles in the store dedicated to beer - and though I didn't see everything, I saw only "good" beer, as in no macrobrews, just craft brews and imports. Furthermore, they have plenty of beers in single bottles so you don't have to buy a whole six-pack and then get stuck if you don't like the beer. I could spend hours in this place! Definitely a must-visit for all beer lovers within an hours' driving distance.
