Poured from 12 oz bottle into a champagne flute.

Appearance: deep red brown color with a 1-finger pink head.

Smell: earthy berries and malt. Tart aroma.

Taste: sweet and very tart. Lots of blackcurrant and berry flavor; not particularly bitter. This does well because I happen to like berry fruit in beer.

Mouthfeel: light-medium body; quite carbonated. I like it.

Drinkability: lambics simply do it for me. I like it.
