This beautifully plum colored Lambic has a nice dry fruity aroma with staying power. Medium in body and low in the hop department. Reminiscent of a dry fruity wine. Dry oak with residual sweetness and ripe berries up front and a tart jam finish. Fairly complex, despite the lack of an alcoholic presence. Behold the rose head!

355mL (L G12KCA) into a tulip. Pours a clear ruby-red grapefruit w/ a 2-finger pink head, good lacing.

Aroma is sweet, fruity, w/ a slight lactic acidity. Raspberries and a hint of stomach acid.

Taste is brightly tart, fruity, sweet. Almost syrupy sweet, like a berry soda. Tartness hits on the back end. Acidity is clean and crisp.

Mouthfeel is light and sharp but a little sticky. Taste lingers.

Overall this beer is different from anything else I've had. A bit too fruity & sweet for my taste, but for what it is it's not bad.
