355 ml bottle with no apparent bottled on date. Super stoked to try this brew, as it will be my first Brouwerij Lindemans Lambic that I am trying! Uncapped and poured into a Boulevard tulip glass. I'm surprised at the presence of a cork in addition to a bottle cap, but that's okay.
A - Pours an extremely cloudy, sparkling, apple cider yellow looking color. No head at all.
S - Smells like the tartest apple juice you could ever get your hands on. Peach isn't exactly coming in strong on the nose for me, but it is definitely full of citrus twang and life. Smells sweet, tangy, and sour mixed with some dirty wet socks that were left out for a week (which might sound bad, but in my experience, this usually indicates a fabulous tasting beverage). I'm salivating already.
T - Tart and sour. Very lovely taste. Carbonation level is perfect, the beer's body is very well-balanced. Reminds me of an extremely yummy alcoholic apple juice, or some kind of cider, except if you ask me, this beer tastes a hell of a lot better than any cider I've ever tried.
M - Tartness disappears in the blink of an eye, and all you're left with is a bit of leftover stickiness from all the fruit sugars.
Overall, this was a delicious first introduction to Brouwerij Lindemans Lambic beers, and I am excited to try more. I think the only thing disappointing me about this beer is it's lackluster 4.0% abv.

12oz green corked capped and foiled bottled.
A: pretty clear pale straw color. Light cap of tiny little bubbles
S: fresh peach and tartness in the background.
T: opens with sweet pale ale flavor obviously sweetened. Then the peach flavor washes over the palate. It finishes kind of musty but it is a good way to end the sip. Leaves a lingering sweetness.
M: pretty standard light end of medium for body but it is exactly how it should be.
O: Lindmans doesn't fail, this is just as good as the frambois. Could be that peaches and raspberries are my favorite fruits though.
